The University of Tokyo is one of the best research institutes in the world, where I really enjoyed my research on materials science with the-state-of-the-art electron microscopies. In addition, Tokyo is a fascinating city with friendly people, multiple cultures and delicious food. IME program bridges the gap between non-Japanese speaking international students and complicated graduate school enrollment system in Japan. Thanks to this program, all the application process and courses are in English. The stuffs are really kindhearted, offering many supports to every foreign students for their lives in Japan. IME program also provides many unique activities to learn Japanese and Japanese cultures, where I also met a lot of international friends from different departments. So I strongly recommend all prospective students to join us, and without any doubt, IME program would be the best choice for you.
